I lead Precision’s finance and accounting teams, focusing on the intersection of finance and strategy. My responsibilities include contract negotiations, banking relationships, and translating financial data into clear, actionable decisions for the business.

I bring more than 20 years of experience from Liberty Hill Equity Partners, where I worked across manufacturing, industrial, and logistics businesses. That experience provided a strong operational foundation and shaped my approach to finance as a practical, decision-making function that supports how the business runs day to day.

My connection to Precision goes back to the beginning through my work at Liberty Hill. I’ve had a front-row seat to the company’s growth and development, and watching the finance team evolve alongside the business has been a defining part of my career.

What I value most about my role is the people I get to work with every day. We are a team focused on solving problems for our customers and for each other, and that shared mindset drives how we operate.
