I serve as Vice President of Operations at Precision, where I oversee operations strategy and execution, process and performance management, financial and budget oversight, cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and team member development. My focus is on driving operational performance while building teams that can adapt, improve, and deliver results consistently.

I bring 28 years of experience in finished vehicle logistics. I’ve always been drawn to work that requires solving complex problems under tight deadlines. It keeps things challenging, fast-paced, and engaging, which is what I enjoy most about this industry.

I joined Precision nine years ago and was drawn to the complexity of the business and the opportunity to take on meaningful challenges. The pace and problem-solving required here continue to make the work both interesting and rewarding.

The best part of my role is watching people succeed, grow, and achieve things they didn’t think were possible. Being part of that process and helping teams reach their potential is what makes the work worth it. I believe in doing what’s right and creating an environment where people are supported to do the same.
