Matt Alber

I serve as Chief Executive Officer of all Precision companies within the broader Precision Vehicle Holdings (PVH) portfolio, including Precision Vehicle Logistics, Precision Vehicle Solutions, Precision Vehicle Group, FWL Surface Solutions, and Precision Trucking Group. I also serve on the board of AutoVentive, where I work closely with our in-house technology and innovation team. Every day, I focus on building scalable operations, strengthening customer partnerships, and investing in the people, systems, and infrastructure that drive long-term growth.

I’ve spent more than 16 years in logistics, but my career began on the front lines working in service line management, industrial services, and automotive operations. Early roles with companies like Johnson Controls and Voith exposed me to the assembly and yard management sides of the business and I took every opportunity to learn different functions, including shuttle operations, rail, systems, finance, and site leadership. That hands-on experience shaped how I lead today. I really believe in understanding the business from the ground up and encouraging others to step outside their comfort zones to grow.

I joined Precision 12 years ago during a pivotal period of growth because I saw an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company and in my own career. It was a challenge I was so excited to take on, and I’m incredibly proud of what Precision has become.

What I value most about this role is our people. From the site level to leadership, I enjoy watching our teams grow, improve, and develop. Providing the tools, support, and opportunities for people to advance is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
