Jason Wilson

I serve as Vice President at Precision, where I oversee our PVL Solutions and Technology teams while supporting broader areas of the business as needed. My focus is on driving practical solutions, strengthening operations, and helping teams execute effectively across the organization.

I’ve spent my entire career in finished vehicle processing, with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. I’ve worked with four different contractors over that time, building a deep understanding of operations, customer expectations, and what it takes to deliver consistent results in this space.

I joined Precision 11 years ago as the first operator and manager on the company’s initial customer contract. Having previously worked with the founding team, I understood their vision and the opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up. Being part of that foundation continues to be one of the most meaningful aspects of my career. It’s been an incredible journey.

What I value most about my role is the sense of pride and respect in what we’ve built as a company. I’m grateful to be part of an organization where people are treated well and given the opportunity to provide for their families in a positive environment. That sense of purpose and stability is what makes the work meaningful to me.
