I serve as General Manager of Ford Operations at Precision, where I oversee day-to-day operations and execution across our Ford network of sites. My focus is on delivering consistent performance, strengthening customer alignment, and developing teams that can operate at a high level in an intense environment.

I began my career in the vehicle logistics industry working in a Teamster car haul, where I gained firsthand experience in operations and labor. That foundation shaped my approach to leadership and gave me a strong understanding of the importance of teamwork, accountability, and execution in this business.

I joined Precision five years ago because of its reputation for being one of the best in the industry. I was drawn to the opportunity to be part of a team that sets a high standard and is committed to continuous improvement.

What I value most about my role is coaching and developing my team and watching them grow into strong, competitive leaders. Seeing individuals build confidence, take ownership, and succeed in their roles is what makes the work most rewarding.
