I serve as Vice President of Real Estate at Precision, where I lead the procurement and development of real estate solutions to support our customers’ short- and long-term vehicle storage and logistics needs. My role focuses on identifying, securing, and developing strategic properties that allow Precision to respond quickly and effectively to changing customer demands.

My career spans more than 30 years in the automotive industry, including leadership roles with Ford Motor Company and Chrysler/Stellantis, as well as earlier experience working in a government think tank after earning my Juris Doctor degree. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on solving complex operational challenges and aligning real estate strategy with business objectives.

I was introduced to Precision while working on OEM property needs and immediately recognized the strength of the team and the opportunity to help build scalable real estate solutions. Over the past six years, I’ve helped expand Precision’s real estate capabilities to better support our customers’ evolving logistics requirements.

What I enjoy most about my role is the deal itself. I enjoy identifying opportunities, solving problems, and making things happen. Real estate is about timing, relationships, and execution, and I take pride in delivering solutions that help our OEM customers and teams succeed.

STANDOUT ACHIEVEMENT	My team developed a comprehensive database and inventory of off-site storage options, allowing us to identify and secure storage solutions for customers within 24 hours. This capability improves responsiveness, supports operational continuity, and strengthens Precision's ability to meet OEM needs quickly.
