Eiman Badr

I serve as Chief Risk Officer at Precision, where I lead the enterprise functions that protect our people, property, operations, and strategic objectives. My areas of responsibility include risk finance and insurance, claims management, environmental health and safety, security and asset protection, and quality management. My focus is on strengthening our organization’s ability to assess, mitigate, and manage risk while supporting operational excellence and long-term growth.

I bring 30+ years of leadership experience in enterprise risk management, environmental health and safety, security, and quality across automotive, agriculture, and retail logistics industries. Prior to joining Precision, I held senior leadership roles with Darling Ingredients International, Wayfair, Wilbur-Ellis, and Voith Industrial Services. Throughout my career, I’ve developed and implemented risk and safety programs that strengthen compliance, improve operational performance, and build lasting safety cultures.

I was drawn to vehicle logistics because of its pace, complexity, and the opportunity to solve meaningful operational challenges. I chose Precision because of its strong culture, its commitment to doing the right thing, and its focus on supporting its people. Being part of an organization that prioritizes both performance and integrity makes this work especially meaningful.

What I value most about my role is seeing continuous improvement take shape across the organization.
