My Superpower

Building trust and confidence so people can take ownership and perform at their best.

My Leadership Lesson

Show your team you trust them and have confidence in their abilities. When people believe in themselves, they perform at a higher level.

My Leadership Motto

Trust your people, stay patient, and find a better way forward.

I serve as Vice President of Trucking and Labor Relations at Precision, where I oversee our trucking operations and labor strategy across the network. My focus is on building strong, reliable teams, aligning labor and operations, and creating scalable solutions that support both our people and our customers as we continue to grow.

My career began more than 20 years ago in the United States Marine Corps, where I developed a foundation in discipline, leadership, and operational execution. After my military service, I entered the logistics industry as an operations supervisor at a terminal in Lansing, Michigan. Over time, I was given opportunities to grow into a range of roles, from terminal leadership to labor relations. Each step in my career has shaped how I lead today, combining operational experience with a strong understanding of people and workforce dynamics.

I joined Precision five years ago to build and lead a new department within a growing organization. I was drawn to the opportunity to take on a new challenge, develop something from the ground up, and be part of a company with a strong and competitive reputation.

What I value most about my role is being able to work with and lead great people and friends. Together, we use the skills we’ve developed over the years to explore new ideas and processes that haven’t been done before. My team and I enjoy finding ways to improve efficiency, think outside the box, and drive innovation across our operations.

I believe strongly in showing my team that I trust them and have confidence in their ability to get the job done. When confidence outweighs doubt, people are more likely to step up, take ownership, and perform at a high level. Patience also plays an important role in helping teams grow and succeed.
